4. Shipping:

Shipment will be made by Courier Service (e.g. Morning Express) or other methods that we believe most cost effective.
You can enjoy free shipment for net purchase values of HKD 500 or more. Shipment charge will be HKD 50 for orders with a net purchase value below HKD 500. The net purchase value means the value of the order after deducting all discounts.
We only ship orders to addresses in Hong Kong.
For delivery to outlying Islands, Macao, or outside Hong Kong SAR, please email us first before placing your order. After we receive and process your email we will confirm whether or not we will able to make the delivery.
We DO NOT accept a PO Box number for the Shipment Address.
Please make sure that a deliverable address and contact telephone number are provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused by the recipient, failed delivery attempt, provision of a PO Box number or other reasons, such orders will be regarded as “undeliverable orders” and we will inform you by email. In such cases we will either: (i) Issue a refund to you after deducting the shipping charge(s) and a reasonable handling charge (which will not exceed 20% of the total value of the “undeliverable order”) or (ii) rearrange delivery.
We will normally ship the products as soon as possible e.g. the next working day upon receipt of a Confirmed Order, but please note that we are unable to guarantee a delivery time

5. Refund & Exchange Policy:

We take pride in offering our customers the best quality products. To keep you satisfied, we are able to accept exchanges and/or refunds provided the following conditions are met

The request has to be made within 7 days after delivery of goods, please email us (info@nuovo-bright.com) or phone us (00852 2388 0905).
The goods returned are untampered, un-open, not damaged (in good condition), otherwise, please email or call us and get our acceptance before you return.

After checking the condition of the returned goods, refund will be made.
Please note that shipping charges (HKD 50) are non-refundable.
