Raymond has 30 years’ experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry, in which 16 years were with Alcon as General Manager. He is experienced in managing broad range of products – from capital equipment to fast moving consumer eye care products. In Alcon, he produced exceptional company growth, increased profit, consistently met sales and profit targets. In Nuovo Bright, Raymond serves as General Manager, providing direction and leading for growth.

Tom is a goal-oriented person. He is a skilled executive sales and marketing manager with proven success at international eyecare companies, such as Allergan and Alcon. He spent 15 years in Alcon and built a strong surgical team with dominant market shares position in IOL and cataract equipment market. At Nuovo Bright, Tom leads the sales and marketing activities to increase market presence, and strategically manage key accounts.
